Ordering

When you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address.

In the confirmation you will find information about the price, billing and delivery address.

If there is an error in the order confirmation, you must immediately contact us by e-mail to:

Delivery & stock balance

Usually the item will be sent from us no later than 7 working days after the order has been received.

If the product is not in stock, you will be contacted via e-mail with a new expected delivery time.
Stock is not always kept on our website, if you order to receive delivery on a specific date, check first
via email: palmquistceramic@gmail.com and we can let you know about stock status.
Packages that have not been collected from an agent and are therefore returned to us, the buyer is charged SEK 250 in charge for shipping and return shipping.

This fee is based on packages within Sweden, and for shipments abroad we reserve the right to deduct
of a sum corresponding to the debiting of shipping companies.

Prices & payment

All prices are stated in Swedish kronor and include value added tax and other charges.

Costs associated with shipping are indicated in connection with your purchase.

Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an item, please contact us immediately thru
palmquistceramic@gmail.com

Canceled course

Courses that require a minimum number of participants may be canceled if too few registered interest happens, the buyer receives a full refund of the course fee.

Returns

We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or
wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake in accordance with current consumer protection legislation that fix the error free of charge.
You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.

Shipping damage must be reported in the case of a visible defect on the package immediately upon receipt to the point of delivery, in the case of a hidden defect
within 7 days of receiving the item.

We reserve the right to deduct an amount in the event of an incorrect return or complaint.

When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from
that you have received an item that you have ordered.

When exercising your right of withdrawal, notify us at: palmquistceramic@gmail.com

The message must contain:

Name, your address, e-mail address, order/invoice number and which goods the return applies to
appear clearly and distinctly.

You must contact and return the products to Palmquistceramic within 14 days.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, delivery and condition of the products upon return, the products should therefore
sent well packaged and in original packaging.

From the refund amount, we reserve the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the reduction in value
compared to the item's original value when used.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if:

-Custom-made product, which has been tailored especially for you or has a clear personal touch
your requests.

-Courses that have been booked/started/completed and where you have expressly consented to the start of the service without right of withdrawal.

Personal data and GDPR

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR.

When you place your order with us, you provide your personal data such as name, address and
phone number.

In connection with your registration and order, you agree that palmquistceramic stores and uses
your data in our operations to fulfill our commitments to you.

We also document all communications that we have with you via e-mail, this in order to provide it
service that you expect from us.

We will not disclose or sell your personal data to third parties.

According to the Personal Data Act, you have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you.

If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or removed.
